Cancellation policy

If you must re-schedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: Once your payment has been accepted by us, we will be unable to offer a refund for cancellations.

Appointments can be easily rescheduled. Please remember to contact us immediately if you need to re-schedule.

***Please be aware that if your payment has not been received 72 hours (3 days) prior to the class start, your booking will automatically be cancelled. Unless otherwise agreed upon arrangement. This will allow us to offer the class to other students, who may be on a waiting list***
